We were in the market for a lake condo and were very lucky to come in contact with Karl. Karl was very familiar with the the location, the lake, condo association and local businesses. All of our questions and concerns were quickly answered. Our process of looking and deciding took several months and Karl was there for us at each step. We have not purchased property for a long time and were a bit nervous with the procedures. Right from the start Karl told us to get pre qualified from our bank which we did. The bottom line is, Karl sold our house in 15 days.
